How do we know which size to order?
Ampoule size in ml is only a guideline, since geometry and lid diameter vary. Gently test fit before committing to a bulk order.

Can this be sterilised between uses?
Yes, it’s autoclavable up to 135°C, so it fits standard sterilisation routines alongside other reusable instruments.

What happens if glass shatters inside the device during use?
Clean it immediately while wearing gloves and replace the O-ring, since a damaged O-ring compromises safe operation going forward.

Does it work on all ampoules, scored or not?
It’s designed for scored ampoules only, aligning with either a single dot mark or a full scored band depending on the ampoule type.

Can a lost or damaged O-ring be replaced without buying a whole new unit?
Yes, the O-ring is sold separately as a replacement part, so the main body doesn’t need replacing.
