  1. Why buy the bundle rather than each set separately?
    The bundle gives your practice a complete rigid endoscopy solution for ear and nasal examinations in a single purchase. Both scopes share compatible accessories and light handles, and the rhinoscope doubles as a multi-purpose scope for arthroscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, avian endoscopy, and vaginoscopy — covering a wide range of procedures from day one.
  2. Do both scopes come with their own LED light handles?
    Yes. Each set includes its own high-intensity LED portable light handle with variable brightness and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Both handles are compatible with rigid and flexible endoscopes, so they can also serve as backup light sources across other equipment in your practice.
  3. How many forceps are included and how do I choose them?
    Each set includes one forceps of your choice — either a 1.6mm biopsy forceps or a 1.6mm grasping forceps. You can select a different type for each set at the time of ordering. If you require additional forceps, these can be ordered separately.
  4. Can video be added to either scope?
    Yes. Both scopes feature a universal eyepiece compatible with all endoscopic video cameras, so a camera head can be connected to either scope at any point to upgrade to a full video-assisted workflow without replacing any existing equipment.
  5. What after-sales support is included?
    Mediquip is the only endoscopy company in Australia with significant in-house technical service and repair capabilities. Repairs are handled locally, reducing equipment downtime and avoiding the delays and higher costs associated with international repair pathways.
